Delivery & Shipping
Your order will be shipped with DPD.
Shipping costs within Austria:
- Up to 5kg: € 12,50 excl. tax.
- Up to 10kg: € 13,50 excl. tax.
- Over 10kg only on request
Shipping costs to Germany:
- Up to 5kg: € 18,00 excl. vat.
- Up to 10kg: € 22,50 excl. tax.
- Over 10kg only on request
Shipping costs to Italy:
- Up to 5kg: € 25,00 excl. vat.
- Up to 10kg: € 28,00 excl. tax.
- Over 10kg only on request
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the stock status and is indicated in the product description. Most of the goods are in stock. It will be made ready for shipment and shipped within 24 hours after receipt of order. Delivery is made within 2-5 business days after the contract is signed.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
Payment options
You can choose from the following payment options for your orders:
Sofort (Klarna)
With the TÜV Saarland certified payment system "Sofort." you pay securely and conveniently by direct bank transfer with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) and without registration. After completing the transfer, we receive a real-time confirmation from Sofort, but without access or insight into your bank details. This way we can ship the goods immediately - and you will receive your purchase faster.
PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide used and trusted online payment system. When you place an order, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to log in to your PayPal account and confirm payment for your order. We have no access or insight to your bank and credit card data and your balance.
Purchase on account
The purchase on account is reserved for our regular customers.
